Senior Director, Power MOSFET Technology Development
About The Position
onsemi is seeking a dynamic and organized Senior Director of Power MOSFET Technology Development to lead the development and qualification of cutting-edge silicon Power MOSFET technologies for Artificial Intelligence factories and automotive power conversion applications. This leadership role is critical to driving innovation and commercialization of next-generation power semiconductor devices and smart power solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of power electronics, device physics, TCAD simulations, device layout and fabrication processes, combined with leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
