$233,000 - $300,000Remote

About The Position

Chromalloy is seeking a Senior Director, Portfolio Strategy & Opportunity Development to build and lead a newly created organization responsible for identifying, evaluating, and incubating new growth opportunities across our Engine Parts business. Reporting directly to the EVP, Engine Parts, this leader will serve as the front end of our innovation and investment process—transforming ideas into validated, investment-ready opportunities. Working across Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and site leadership, the team will assess market attractiveness, commercial viability, technical feasibility, operational requirements, and financial returns to determine where Chromalloy should invest its resources. This role is not a traditional corporate strategy position. Success will come from developing deep market insights, engaging customers and industry stakeholders, identifying unmet needs, building compelling business cases, and helping create the next generation of growth opportunities for the company. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial builder who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and has the curiosity and industry credibility to uncover opportunities others miss.
