We are seeking a Senior Director to lead the Salesforce on Salesforce program . This highly visible leader will define the program strategy, drive the cross-functional operating model, and oversee the development and activation of Salesforce’s most important Customer Zero transformation stories across events, digital, content, and field engagement. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, strategic storytelling, and the ability to align teams across marketing, comms, product, IT, customer success, and sales enablement to deliver a unified and high-impact Customer Zero narrative.
