About The Position

We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to ensure our customers derive maximum value from our product and to drive adoption of key features. Your role will be to communicate new capabilities to our customers, encouraging them to adopt and benefit from them. As a member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success teams. You will translate the product team's innovations into compelling messaging and adoption strategies that empower every customer to maximize their use of Albi.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of owning outcomes in adoption, activation, usage, and retention, supported by quantifiable results.
  • Strong storytelling and creative skills, with an understanding of how to use messaging and creative assets to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Deep understanding of product development from concept to launch, with the ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits and in-product experiences.
  • Data-driven approach to work, with a focus on measurement and iterative improvement.
  • Experience using product-led growth strategies, including onboarding, in-app guidance, and self-serve experiences.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and a clear perspective on their application.
  • Based in the Chicago metro area and comfortable with a hybrid, in-office-first work model.

Responsibilities

  • Adoption: Collaborate with the product team to identify customer friction points, develop messaging to overcome them, and design adoption plans and assets for new capabilities.
  • Product Storytelling: Articulate Albi's unique value proposition and differentiators for end customers, tailoring the message to specific market segments.
  • Value from Usage: Analyze customer usage patterns and provide timely guidance, programs, or conversations to help more customers gain greater value from the platform.
  • Feedback Growth Loop: Identify trends in user behavior and marketing engagement metrics to inform marketing optimization and product development.
  • Fueling New Business: Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager to leverage product expertise into compelling narratives and proof points for acquiring new customers.
  • Tech Stack Optimization: Work with the product team and Go To Market Engineer to enhance the tech stack for better insights and adaptive user communication.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage messaging and adoption plans throughout the product lifecycle, iterating based on feedback and insights.
