Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, operations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in operations, portfolio, or program management, preferably in large, matrixed organizations
  • Proven expertise in managing budgets, financial processes, and operational governance
  • Deep knowledge of program/portfolio management methodologies (SAFe, Agile, Waterfall) and demonstrated success in value stream management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution

Responsibilities

  • Direct and drive performance across the areas of strategy, budgeting, financial performance, compliance, appropriate staffing and contributing to and utilizing shared services that create value.
  • Lead operations and initiatives to place safety and quality of care and services provided at the forefront of practices and policies.
  • Establish regulatory integrity for communities to maintain good-standing with state and federal licensing authorities.
  • Work toward continual improvement in survey results and ratings.
  • Benchmark clinical practice pattern performance of communities to deliver best-practice care documentation, compliance, and clinical staffing levels.
  • Oversee the transition of individual community systems and ensure compliance with system utilizationon an ongoing basis.
  • Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
