ABM is seeking a Senior Account Director to manage a national account team supporting a high-tech client portfolio. This role involves overseeing all aspects of services and operations, including human resources, accounting, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), energy management, performance quality, profit and loss (P&L), procurement, and client relations. The Senior Account Director will develop, plan, and cost-control procedures to ensure contract compliance across multi-site locations, focusing on client satisfaction and retention. The position also drives continuous improvement through staff development and operational excellence. The objective is to lead a multi-site operations team to deliver integrated facility management services across various environments such as automotive service centers, EV charging hubs, laboratories, and office spaces, ensuring safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and contract adherence while managing budgets, client communications, and internal operations performance. A key aspect is building scalable infrastructure (people, process, tools) to support the client's planned exponential growth.
