About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Director of Operations for our Dedicated Delivery team within the Automotive sector. The ideal candidate will bring extensive third-party logistics (3PL) experience, with a strong emphasis on transportation and dedicated delivery solutions. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic execution across a complex, multi-site account portfolio. In addition, the Senior Director will serve as a key partner in business development efforts, providing consultative expertise to support growth opportunities and customer expansion initiatives. Candidates must possess a proven track record of leading large-scale transportation operations, delivering results in dynamic environments, and influencing both internal and external stakeholders. The position has a minimum travel requirement of up to 50%. We’re looking for a Senior Operations Director to lead multiple distribution centers – each with individual customers who have their own sets of requirements. You’ll cultivate customer relationships, becoming an extension of their business and enabling DHL Supply Chain to play an required role in their success. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required
  • 3-5 years logistics industry experience, required
  • 9-10 years of management experience, required
