About The Position

The team leads efforts to ensure the stability and reliability of the Last Mile ecosystem by proactively identifying, preventing, and resolving defects at scale. Collaborating across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support, the team drives platform stability, launch quality, testing, monitoring, and defect governance. Their focus is on delivering seamless experiences and building trust across the platform. This group champions operational excellence and continuous improvement, aligning business strategies with measurable outcomes to support efficient, high-quality service delivery and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships.

Requirements

Demonstrated skill in analyzing data to inform business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
Experience in process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 6 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
4 years’ supervisory experience.
