About The Position

The Senior Director, Office of the CEO, serves as a strategic advisor and execution leader responsible for driving enterprise‑wide initiatives with direct CEO visibility and impact. This role functions as an extension of the CEO, ensuring organizational priorities are translated into actionable plans, monitored effectively, and delivered with excellence. The Senior Director partners closely with senior executives, HR, Finance, Corporate Development, and functional leaders to advance the company’s long‑term strategy, orchestrate operating cadences, and support high‑priority business decisions. This role requires exceptional judgment, executive presence, and the ability to simplify complexity while moving the organization forward.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, consulting, chief‑of‑staff roles, or executive advisory functions.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior executives and leading enterprise‑level initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, tracking, and reporting of enterprise KPIs and strategic projects with CEO visibility, ensuring alignment across business units and functions.
  • Manage the CEO’s operating cadence with direct reports, including weekly and monthly reporting, agenda creation, business performance tracking, and follow‑up coordination.
  • Drive leadership of key enterprise projects, ensuring clear objectives, cross‑functional alignment, and timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO on organizational health, performance trends, and priority initiatives.
  • Lead or support critical talent recruitment efforts for senior‑level and enterprise-critical positions.
  • Partner with Corporate Development on M&A activity, including upstream diligence and strategy work as well as downstream integration support.
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations, communications, and briefing materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Facilitate decision‑making by providing structured analysis, synthesizing data, identifying options, and recommending solutions.
  • Coordinate with leaders across the organization to ensure timely, accurate delivery of information and alignment with CEO expectations.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across all levels of the organization to effectively influence and advance strategic priorities.
  • Support additional operations‑related responsibilities and strategic assignments as requested by the CEO.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
