The Senior Director of Wholesale Sales will take a proven reseller model within the signage and integrator industries and supercharge it for 10x scale. While our foundation in the national sign industry is strong, we need a strategic operator to transform "performing" into "dominance." You will take command of our reseller network, injecting the velocity, structure, and operational discipline required to turn a successful partner program into a high-growth, predictable B2B revenue engine. This is a role for a leader who treats growth as a science, not a guessing game. You will align Sales and Marketing into a unified force, tightening execution across the funnel to ensure that every partner relationship is optimized for maximum yield. As a key member of the team, your mandate is to professionalize our expansion: building the systems, forecasting rigor, and team architecture that allow us to scale aggressively without breaking the machine.
