About The Position

The Senior Director of Wholesale Sales will take a proven reseller model within the signage and integrator industries and supercharge it for 10x scale. While our foundation in the national sign industry is strong, we need a strategic operator to transform "performing" into "dominance." You will take command of our reseller network, injecting the velocity, structure, and operational discipline required to turn a successful partner program into a high-growth, predictable B2B revenue engine. This is a role for a leader who treats growth as a science, not a guessing game. You will align Sales and Marketing into a unified force, tightening execution across the funnel to ensure that every partner relationship is optimized for maximum yield. As a key member of the team, your mandate is to professionalize our expansion: building the systems, forecasting rigor, and team architecture that allow us to scale aggressively without breaking the machine.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience scaling B2B sales organizations, with significant experience in channel or reseller-led models
  • Proven track record of taking a revenue engine from strong performance to materially higher scale — not simply maintaining steady-state growth
  • Direct experience leading both inside and outside sales teams across multiple regions, with demonstrated success building high-performance cultures
  • Deep fluency in go-to-market mechanics, including funnel design, forecasting discipline, compensation architecture, territory design, pricing strategy, and expansion motion
  • Demonstrated ability to build structure and operating rigor — establishing repeatable processes, performance standards, and accountability rhythms that drive predictable results
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align growth strategy with execution
  • Executive presence with the ability to provide clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and the Board
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, HaaS, hardware-enabled SaaS, or adjacent technology-driven industries strongly preferred
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Scale and strengthen Cirrus’ national reseller signage and integration channel by refining partner segmentation, prioritizing high-value accounts, and expanding into underpenetrated geographies and vertical markets
  • Drive revenue growth across new partner acquisition and long-term retention — increasing average revenue per reseller and overall network productivity
  • Lead and develop inside and outside sales teams across multiple regions, establishing clear performance standards that drives predictable results
  • Own pipeline health and forecasting accuracy across the channel, improving coverage, velocity, and close rates through disciplined inspection and performance management
  • Build and optimize the end-to-end reseller sales process — from recruitment and onboarding to enablement, expansion, and renewal
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing to align demand generation efforts with channel growth priorities and ensure consistent, high-quality pipeline creation
  • Use data and performance analytics to inform territory design, pricing strategy, resource allocation, and organizational structure
  • Continuously evaluate market dynamics and competitive positioning within the sign industry to protect and extend Cirrus’ leadership position.
