Elizabethtown College is currently seeking a Senior Director for the Institute for Engagement, Mission and Impact (EMI). The Senior Director of the Institute for Engagement, Mission, and Impact (EMI) serves as the College's primary steward of mission integration, providing leadership, consultation, and strategic direction to ensure Elizabethtown College’s mission and values are embedded throughout campus life, student development initiatives, co-curricular programs, and community engagement efforts. They provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for the entities, programs, and initiatives that comprise the Institute. These areas include the Center for Community and Civic Engagement (CCCE), the Office of Student Opportunity, Access and Engagement, the Office of Global Engagement, and the Center for Global Understanding and Peacebuilding. The Senior Director ensures that these areas work collaboratively and cohesively to deliver programs, student support, and community partnerships that develop culturally empathetic students who are informed about complex world issues and committed to peace, non-violence, human dignity, and social justice. The Senior Director reports to the Vice President for Student Life, with expectations of regular collaboration with Academic Affairs and other areas on campus to successfully deliver Signature Learning Experiences and other programs.
