  • A track record of OTD improvement, labor efficiency gains, cost reduction, and throughput.
  • Strong ERP background (D365 preferred).
  • Lean/CI implementation experience.
  • Experience in developing people and building trust across functions and levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus.
  • Sealing, rubber, or industrial products experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy a multi-year operational roadmap aligned with HOEM’s growth, margin, and customer experience objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Sales to ensure integrated planning and execution.
  • Partner with the President on operational KPIs, reporting rhythms, and the performance standards that define what “good” looks like across sites.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement — from the floor to the leadership team.
  • Own end-to-end performance across four US sites (MN, NC, CA, AL) — warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing, and assembly.
  • Ensure OTSIF performance and adherence to quality, cost, and safety standards network-wide.
  • Optimize labor planning, capacity utilization, facility layouts, and equipment uptime across the network.
  • Lead the Supply Chain Director and SIOP Manager to optimize inventory levels, safety stocks, replenishment, and supplier performance.
  • Improve inventory turns, reduce excess/obsolete inventory, and partner on demand forecasting and capacity modeling.
  • Champion lean manufacturing, standard work, and structured problem-solving across all sites.
  • Evaluate and implement systems, capital investments, and automation opportunities that strengthen operational scalability.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team with clear accountability, succession depth, and a culture of safety, engagement, and operational ownership.
