About The Position

Realtor.com® is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Management to lead two critical functions: Strategic Pricing and Lead Intelligence. Reporting directly to the VP, Client Data Science & Analytics, this role will be the primary architect of the company's revenue management strategy. The position oversees the strategic pricing function, responsible for pricing decisions and strategy across the client product portfolio, and the lead intelligence function, which optimizes acquisition channels, lead allocation, routing, and fulfillment to balance consumer experience, client satisfaction, and revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Science); Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • 12+ years of professional experience in pricing or revenue management.
  • At least 7+ years in a senior leadership role managing people.
  • Proven track record in a two-sided marketplace environment, managing the complex dynamics between consumer supply and customer demand.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with senior executive stakeholders and influencing organizational strategy.
  • Experience in the pricing and packaging of B2B products (SaaS or lead-gen models).

Responsibilities

  • Establish the vision and priorities for the integrated Strategic Pricing and Lead Intelligence teams.
  • Oversee the strategic pricing function, developing pricing strategy for the company and ensuring rate card and discounting align with strategy and drive yield.
  • Collaborate with senior executives in sales, product, GTM, and client marketing to align on strategy.
  • Build the team and capabilities for the Lead Intelligence function to identify highest value leads and optimize their acquisition and routing.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the client organization to continuously evaluate product packaging and align pricing strategy with evolutions in packaging.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align on key initiatives and ensure revenue management supports broader client strategy.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Data Scientists and Pricing Analysts.
