MaxLinear is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead and develop the Strategic Account Organization in creating and implementing the sales plan, developing relationships with customers, and driving opportunities and revenue growth. You will develop your team and work with our business units and executives to execute and drive growth. In this role, you will focus on the following: Create and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability Develop, Identify, and close new customer opportunities Partner with marketing to plan and coordinate product launches including positioning, pricing, training, product promotions, support, and competitive response Monitor competitive and market activity, provide feedback and recommendations to the business units and executive team Provide timely and accurate customer demand forecast Recruit, hire, and develop your sales team
