Senior Director of Member Networks

About The Position

In this role, you will provide enterprise leadership in the development and execution of strategies that advance member value, engagement, and growth across Vizient’s network offerings. You will serve as a strategic connector across the Vizient ecosystem, aligning client needs with enterprise capabilities while delivering high-impact executive experiences that drive measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen relationships, support strategic growth initiatives, and position Vizient as a trusted healthcare thought leader.

Requirements

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite audiences.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in content development, stakeholder engagement, and group dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret clinical, financial, and operational data.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, operations, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as HFMA, ACHE, or related credential preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute network strategies aligned with enterprise priorities and evolving healthcare market trends.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and position Vizient as a strategic partner.
  • Lead the national CFO and Payer Strategies Networks to deliver high-value client engagement and outcomes.
  • Facilitate executive forums, advisory boards, and peer networks to drive meaningful collaboration and dialogue.
  • Translate healthcare industry trends, analytics, and insights into actionable strategies and compelling content.
  • Partner across business units and internal teams to deliver integrated enterprise-wide solutions and promote a One Vizient approach.
  • Identify opportunities to expand membership, increase engagement, and support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of network programs, events, and communications.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to engagement, satisfaction, growth, and overall network effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement while providing leadership and coaching to team members as applicable.
