Responsibilities

Coordinate across platform teams, regional leads, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery. Identify and manage interdependencies across concurrent initiatives to prevent conflicts and gaps. Drive structured program governance, including decision logs, RAID tracking, and milestone accountability.
  • Risk, Cost & Timeline Management: Build and maintain risk, cost, and timeline scenario models for executive consumption. Surface emerging risks early and facilitate mitigation planning before escalation is required. Develop trade-off analyses for architectural and investment decisions with clear recommendation framing.
  • Executive Engagement & Communication: Author executive decision and trade-off memos for I&O leadership and C-suite stakeholders. Translate technical complexity into clear, structured briefings appropriate for non-technical audiences. Serve as a trusted advisor to I&O executives on program posture, risk, and strategic direction.

Define and maintain integration and transformation standards, playbooks, and reference architectures. Support internal and external audit exercises through structured documentation and evidence frameworks.
