About The Position

The Senior Director of District Transformation leads large-scale, district-focused transformation efforts with accountability for delivering measurable business outcomes, including cost savings, process efficiency, and operational alignment. This role translates strategy into execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, driving disciplined prioritization, and ensuring initiatives move from concept to sustained results. The position operates as a senior change agent, balancing strategic insight, operational rigor, and stakeholder influence, to standardize processes, reduce complexity, and accelerate performance across the District.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or other related field required.
  • 10+ years of experience of experience in transformation, operations, consulting, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, and/or enterprise programs.
  • 10+ years of experience of delivering measurable business outcomes and working across complex, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong change leadership and transformation execution capability.
  • Advanced operational and financial acumen; ability to link initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Strong project and program leadership with a focus on delivery and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead District Transformation Execution: Direct and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across ACAs, Bank partners, CoP, and AAC to ensure end-to-end delivery.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with defined scope, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Establish governance, tracking, and reporting to ensure visibility into progress and outcomes.
  • Identify dependencies and proactively remove execution barriers to maintain momentum.
  • Ensure initiatives are implemented, scaled, and sustained across the district.
  • Own Cost Optimization and Performance Outcomes: Identify, prioritize, and deliver district-level cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.
  • Align transformation initiatives to financial targets, business cases, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure disciplined tracking and realization of savings and operational improvements.
  • Balance trade-offs across competing priorities to maximize value delivery.
  • Drive accountability for measurable outcomes across all initiatives.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead process improvement efforts to standardize operations and reduce cost and complexity.
  • Build alignment across operational, financial, and change stakeholders to support execution.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and performance management practices.
  • Influence without authority to align teams and sustain focus on highest-value work.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, rigor, and results orientation.
  • Multi-Team Leadership: Leads and develops managers and/or multiple teams, ensuring consistent people leadership practices.
  • Drives talent strategy, including workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
  • Oversees performance outcomes across teams and holds managers accountable for results.
  • Makes final decisions on hiring, promotions, and organizational design within the function.
