We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide application solutions. This executive will be responsible for aligning application initiatives with business goals, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful integration and lifecycle management of applications across key firm Legal departments and HR, Finance, Marketing, and Core Operations. This role is critical in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem, ensuring our application portfolio is modern, scalable, secure, and user centric.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise applications, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive role.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale application initiatives across multiple business domains.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, HCM, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with cloud-based application ecosystems (e.g., Filevine, ADP, etc).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise application strategy in alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications—from selection and implementation to optimization and retirement.
  • Partner with business leaders across HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to understand needs and deliver tailored application solutions.
  • Ensure application systems comply with internal policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of application managers, analysts, and developers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure value delivery and performance.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure application performance, user satisfaction, and business impact.
