This role is crucial in defining and executing a business strategy to expand their personalized, competency-based math solution, Teach to One Roadmaps, by partnering with schools and districts. The position involves the full business development cycle, including lead generation, contract negotiation, sales closure, and program renewal/growth. The successful candidate will lead outreach, build relationships with educational leaders, and support the transition to program onboarding. Additionally, they will identify local fundraising opportunities and cultivate relationships with funders. Familiarity with K-12 education in the New York City metro area is a requirement, and candidates must reside in this region. The role reports to the Vice President of Business Development.
