About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Sr. Director of Clinical Services in Sugar Land, TX. Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership for ABA therapy services.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy.
• Mentor and support a team of BCBAs and RBTs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with the home office support team for various operational functions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
