About The Position

At Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri, we are dedicated to providing life-changing behavioral health treatment for children, adolescents, and their families. Our Saint Robert facility is committed to high-quality, compassionate care that meets the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence. We are seeking a visionary Director of Clinical Services to lead our Saint Robert Treatment Team. In this executive leadership role, you will oversee clinical programs, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure our services remain compliant with all federal, state, CMS, and Joint Commission standards. You will bridge the gap between clinical strategy and daily operations, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care while fostering a collaborative, professional environment.

Requirements

Master's degree from an accredited college/university in social work, counseling, psychology, education, or equivalent.
Must be an LPC or LCSW currently licensed by the Missouri Licensing Board (must remain active).
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families.
Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
Expertise in psychiatric, psychological, and substance abuse treatment programs.

Nice To Haves

3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct the planning, supervision, and evaluation of all clinical programs and staff.
Supervise and mentor licensed and provisionally licensed clinicians, facilitating professional growth and high-quality service delivery.
Manage department budgets, lead multi-disciplinary treatment meetings, and ensure rigorous adherence to clinical policies and safety regulations.
Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Medical Director to develop and implement effective behavior management and treatment plans.
Provide expert clinical services, including assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention when needed.
