About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a passionate and strategic Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) to lead clinical quality, mentorship, operational partnership, and culture within their Maryland market. This role offers an opportunity to lead teams, mentor future clinical leaders, influence center success, and shape the future of ABA care within a collaborative, BCBA-led organization. Behavioral Innovations is a large and established ABA provider with over 100 centers across multiple states, focused on compassionate, center-based ABA therapy for children with autism.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
