About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Senior Director of Clinical Services in Havre de Grace. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services and leadership as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Contribute to the company's mission of being the #1 trusted resource for individuals with autism.
- Collaborate with a supportive and dedicated team focused on ABA therapy excellence.
- Engage in opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
- Utilize automated clinical tools and established clinical practices.
- Support RBT training and new hire onboarding through the RBT Buddy program.
- Participate in a centralized home office support system for various functions including intake, hiring, training, authorizations, billing, and more.
