About The Position

Rogue Community Health is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Behavioral Health who is passionate about serving a diverse patient population and advancing high-quality behavioral health services. Requirements

• Graduate degree in Mental Health.
• At least five years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Completion of a criminal background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted.

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 years of program management or supervisory experience.
• Experience working within Patient-Centered Primary Care Homes (PCPCH).
• Experience working within community mental health environments.

Responsibilities

• Advancing high-quality behavioral health services.
• Strategic leadership.

• Enforcing healthcare laws.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations (including HIPAA).
• Implementing quality improvement initiatives.
• Providing clinical supervision to therapists, social workers, or medical staff.
