About The Position
We’re hiring a Senior Director of Advancement who wants to lead fundraising strategy while staying personally involved in the relationships that drive philanthropic growth. You’ll step into a hands-on leadership role managing a donor portfolio, cultivating significant gifts, developing institutional partnerships, and leading an advancement team. This is an opportunity for an experienced fundraiser who enjoys being a player-coach while working closely with executive leadership and the Board to advance the organization’s mission.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive fundraising experience
- Successfully managed your own donor portfolio
- Proven track record of cultivating and securing major gifts
- Experience managing and developing fundraising or advancement professionals
- Comfortable serving as both a strategic leader and hands-on fundraiser
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree is preferred
- Healthcare, nonprofit, human services, education, or public-sector experience is a plus
