About The Position

Risepoint is hiring a Senior Director, MarTech Product Management to lead its marketing technology product portfolio and deliver two outcomes: improved student and partner outcomes across the student journey, and a faster, lower-cost marketing operation that can scale across a multi-brand, multi-tenant ecosystem. This is a product leadership role focused on owning problems and business results, setting priorities, and deciding what to build across the website/DXP, SEO/AEO, content and creative operations, customer data platform, tagging and measurement, marketing automation, and CRM integrations. The role leads and coaches a team of product managers and works closely with Marketing, Data, and Engineering leaders. The Senior Director will set product vision, strategy, and a multi-quarter roadmap; establish a strong product mindset and outcome-based ways of working; and influence stakeholders through data, clear reasoning, and executive communication. The position owns the funnel from first touch through enrollment, including conversion targets and capabilities such as personalization, page and form experiences, lead capture and routing, audience segmentation, and lifecycle journeys. It also leads efforts to redesign marketing workflows around AI and automation, set measurable speed and cost goals, scale shared platform capabilities across partner brands, and lead a DXP/CMS migration across more than 80 university partner websites. The role evaluates and adopts MarTech and AI tools with clear ROI cases and is accountable for measurable results in conversion, operational efficiency, delivery, and team performance.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of product management experience, including experience in a startup, high-growth, or similarly fast-moving environment where product owned business results.
  • Broad, hands-on digital marketing expertise across paid media, SEO, AEO, websites and conversion optimization, lifecycle and CRM marketing, and marketing measurement.
  • Track record of improving conversion and funnel performance through product and platform work, with quantifiable results.
  • Deep working knowledge of MarTech platforms, including CMS/DXP, DAM, CDP, tagging and measurement, marketing automation, and CRM.
  • Experience leading and developing a team of product managers or product owners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down ambiguous problems, form a clear point of view, and act on incomplete information.
  • High-ownership, tenacious approach, with a willingness to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience applying AI and automation to marketing workflows such as content production, personalization, campaign operations, or reporting.
  • Experience building platforms for multi-brand or multi-tenant environments.
  • Experience maximizing AEO/GEO outcomes to optimize for how students search in AI tools.
  • Experience leading complex multi-vendor or systems-integrator-led implementations and platform migrations.
  • Background in higher education, enrollment marketing, or other lead-generation businesses.
  • Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to make a case and change minds.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and defining PM/PO/TPM role structures.

Responsibilities

  • Own the student funnel from first touch to enrolled student, with targets for inquiry, application, and enrollment conversion across partner programs.
  • Configure and build capabilities across the DXP/CMS, CDP, tagging and measurement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce to improve conversion.
  • Use funnel data, test results, and student insights to identify conversion gaps and prioritize work based on expected business impact.
  • Work with CRO, SEO/AEO, Digital Media, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to establish a consistent testing practice, scale successful tests, and stop unsuccessful ones.
  • Ensure programs perform well in AI-driven search and answer engines as well as traditional search.
  • Redesign marketing workflows—including content and creative production, campaign launch, website updates, SEO/AEO operations, and reporting—around AI and automation.
  • Set measurable goals for marketing speed to market, cost, and capacity, and report progress against them.
  • Design platform capabilities and an operating model for a multi-brand, multi-tenant ecosystem, including shared components, templates, governance, and data standards.
  • Lead the DXP/CMS migration across more than 80 university partner websites, coordinating systems integrators and internal Engineering from discovery through implementation.
  • Own evaluation, selection, and adoption of MarTech and AI tools, including CDP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, identity resolution, and data enrichment, with a clear ROI case for each.
  • Set product vision, strategy, and a multi-quarter roadmap for the MarTech portfolio, tied to conversion and efficiency outcomes.
  • Challenge requests that are unlikely to improve outcomes, propose alternatives, and guide stakeholders toward effective solutions.
  • Lead and coach product managers, setting expectations for discovery, speed, quality, and outcome-based performance.
  • Run lean product practices, including fast discovery, small bets, short cycles, clear decisions, and removal of unnecessary process.
  • Build trust with Marketing, Data, and Engineering leaders and influence decisions through data, clear reasoning, and executive communication.
  • Keep current with developments in digital marketing, AI, and MarTech and bring relevant ideas into the roadmap.
