The Senior Director, Marketing – Strategy & New Product Development (NPD) will lead upstream marketing strategy and innovation pipeline development for the business. This role is responsible for identifying unmet clinical needs, shaping product concepts, and translating market insights into differentiated product strategies that drive long-term growth. The leader of this group will work cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to guide new product development from concept through development milestones while ensuring alignment with portfolio strategy and enterprise priorities. We are working onsite a minimum of 4 days per week as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.
