Weâre looking for a Senior Director of Marketing Operations to help Marketing scale into our next phase of growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and executionâbuilding the systems and discipline that enable our teams to deliver great work at global scale. Youâll partner closely with leaders across Marketing (Brand Marketing, Comms, Product Marketing, Growth, Strategy, Cultural & Consumer Insights, Creative, and Social Impact) and report directly to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. Youâll be the person who shapes how Marketing operates day to day, keeping teams aligned, ensuring they have what they need, and helping them deliver across functions, regions and the organization.
