About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Marketing Operations to help Marketing scale into our next phase of growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—building the systems and discipline that enable our teams to deliver great work at global scale. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Marketing (Brand Marketing, Comms, Product Marketing, Growth, Strategy, Cultural & Consumer Insights, Creative, and Social Impact) and report directly to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. You’ll be the person who shapes how Marketing operates day to day, keeping teams aligned, ensuring they have what they need, and helping them deliver across functions, regions and the organization. If you’re someone who brings structure without bureaucracy and drives clarity without constraining creativity, we’d love to connect.

Requirements

  • A seasoned leader with 12+ years in marketing operations, production, or program management, including 5+ years building and leading high-performing teams.
  • You’ve led go-to-market execution across brand, product, growth, and creative teams and know what it takes to get integrated work out the door.
  • Equally comfortable in strategy conversations and campaign production.
  • You see how the pieces fit together across Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • You’re good at taking something complicated and turning it into a plan people can actually follow.
  • You know how to build and fix systems. You care about structure, but you’re not precious about it.
  • You balance speed and craft—you know when to push for momentum and when to slow down for refinement.
  • When things are unclear, you’re the person who helps the team figure out what to do next.
  • People want to work with you. You lead with care, make decisions when they need to be made, and invest in the people around you.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Operating Model
  • Own and evolve the operating model for how Marketing plans, prioritizes, and makes decisions—in close partnership with Marketing leadership.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning, OKRs, and progress tracking, driving cadence and alignment across discipline directors.
  • Define scoping and prioritization frameworks that focus budget, talent, and energy on the highest-impact work
  • Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Drive alignment between Marketing’s roadmap and company-wide priorities. Partner with leaders across the business to flag risks and dependencies early and bring clear recommendations to Marketing leadership.
  • Help the team arrive at well-considered decisions and keep them moving forward—ensuring alignment holds across functions and that priorities stay clear as work evolves.
  • Operations & Delivery
  • Forecast and manage capacity and volume across Marketing.
  • Design and implement how decisions get made and work gets approved across teams and leadership, so work moves efficiently through the organization.
  • Own the tools, systems, and workflows that help Marketing forecast demand, track progress, and measure impact.
  • Partner with Global Marketing for visibility into working and non-working spend and team operating budgets.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor the Marketing Operations team (producers, project managers, ops leads) and manage external contractors and freelancers.
  • Scale how Marketing gets work done: team structures, workflows, and ways of working.
  • Set clear standards for operational excellence while staying flexible across different workstreams and creative processes.
  • Vendor & Agency Management
  • Formalize and strengthen how Marketing engages and manages vendors and agencies, from scoping and onboarding to ongoing oversight. Partner with Marketing leadership on sourcing and contracting decisions.
