Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and market trends, while managing a team of marketing professionals to deliver innovative and effective campaigns. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance brand presence and customer engagement, ultimately achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Execute for the development and execution of comprehensive integrated marketing strategies to effectively drive brand growth, enhance market share, and increase customer engagement.
  • Develop annual and long-term marketing plans aligned with business objectives to ensure consistent brand growth for all our brands.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that strengthen consumer connection.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, in-store, and customer-specific activations to maximize visibility.
  • Partner closely with Sales organization to deliver impactful tools, programs, and commercialization strategies that drive sell-through.
  • Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and consumer insights to continuously optimize results and ROI.
  • Collaborate and Drive consumer-driven innovation to market by collaborating closely with R&D and quality teams to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Co-own the innovation pipeline, ensuring a balanced portfolio of core, renovation, and breakthrough innovation.
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable product innovation and renovation pipelines that meet market needs.
  • Partner with R&D and Quality to ensure product concepts align with brand standards and consumer expectations.
  • Drive commercialization excellence from concept to launch, including positioning, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform innovation strategy and growth.
  • Enable and Support marketing strategies to boost revenue growth and facilitate market expansion through targeted campaigns, brand positioning, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Support distribution growth through strong value propositions and customer-specific programs that enhance visibility.
  • Partner with Sales and channel leaders to align marketing strategies with customer needs and retailer objectives.
  • Lead and influence pricing strategy and revenue growth management, including pack-price architecture and promotional optimization.
  • Help define product mix, pricing strategies, and promotional plans to maximize performance and profitability.
  • Analyze sales and market data to refine go-to-market strategies and improve execution across channels.
  • Drive and Manage exceptional business results by fostering strong leadership, enforcing rigorous financial discipline, and ensuring consistent performance accountability across all teams and projects.
  • Own and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and profitability.
  • Lead and Partner with Finance and Sales to manage key P&L drivers including pricing, trade spend, and profitability.
  • Evaluate marketing investments based on financial impact, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, and insights functions.
  • Build organizational capabilities in digital, analytics, and consumer-centric marketing to enhance performance.
  • Lead and Expand the development and implementation of the e-commerce strategy to expand digital presence, increase online sales, and strengthen customer engagement across all platforms.
