Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Employee Services, as the Senior Director, H R Technology Strategy & Architecture , you will be a key member of the Human Resources I&T function. Youw ill be accountable for defining, governing, and delivering the enterprise HR technology strategy and architecture along with setting the strategic direction for AI adoption within the HR Function. You will have end-to-end ownership of the HR technology landscape to ensure HR I&T platforms are strategically aligned, architecturally coherent, operationally stable, scalable, secure, and future-ready while enabling seamless digital experiences across the HR operating model.
