The Senior Director, HR Strategy & Organization Effectiveness is a senior enterprise HR leader responsible for shaping and driving the organization’s HR strategy, leading large-scale transformation initiatives, and advancing organizational effectiveness across the business. This role partners closely with executives to align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring the organization is structured, enabled, and equipped to deliver sustained performance and growth. This leader acts as a thought partner to senior executives, translates business strategy into people solutions, and ensures talent systems, leadership capabilities, and organizational models drive performance, engagement, and growth. This role reports to the Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer and is based in our headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
