The Senior Director of HR Business Solutions will be accountable for designing and leading strategic initiatives aimed at solving the company’s most pressing business challenges through integrated HR strategies and capabilities. Working closely with Strategic HR Business Leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs), you will be accountable for forming and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams that deploy flexibly across top business priorities identified through the Integrated Business and Talent Planning process. This is a pivotal leadership role for a strategic thinker and people leader who excels at driving change, aligning stakeholders, and scaling HR’s business impact.
