This position will lead the Human Resources function for the Implantable Heart Failure Management (IHFM) business and serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership. You will enable business growth by translating strategy into talent priorities, using data and insights to anticipate needs and drive proactive solutions. You’ll partner closely with HR Centers of Expertise and HR Solutions to deliver across talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness ensuring the right talent, structure, and capabilities are in place to advance the business.
