Recruit22 is partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a highly capable Senior Director, Healthcare Business Solutions. This opportunity is ideal for a professional who can connect business priorities with technology, data, process improvement, automation, and responsible AI. The position will collaborate across business and technology teams to improve operations and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
Eight or more years of progressive business, technology, transformation, consulting, or operations experience.
At least five years of experience designing and delivering process and technology solutions.
At least four years of leadership or people-management experience, including leading multi-level or cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives or portfolios with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
Strong executive communication, analytical, facilitation, and change-leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of AI, analytics, automation, data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices is preferred.
Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and technology leaders to define strategy, priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Lead enterprise transformation initiatives using technology, data, automation, AI, and process improvement.
Identify and define automation and AI opportunities, including value cases, success metrics, adoption plans, and responsible-use considerations.
Direct cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, including operating-model design, stakeholder alignment, change management, risk management, and benefits realization.
Build strong partnerships across engineering, data and analytics, clinical operations, corporate functions, and external vendors.
Apply structured problem solving across people, process, data, and technology challenges.
Lead process analysis, redesign, and continuous improvement across business and IT initiatives.
Guide teams conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis using interviews, observations, testing, operational data, and custom reporting.
Translate complex findings into clear executive recommendations, presentations, and decisions.
Monitor delivery, remove barriers, resolve issues, and course-correct initiatives as needed.
Develop and mentor direct and indirect team members while creating accountability for results.
Promote a collaborative, service-oriented culture across all levels of the organization.
