Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity: The Senior Director, Head of Search & Evaluation is a senior leader within the Business Development organization responsible for identifying, assessing, and advancing external innovation opportunities that support Revolution Medicines' portfolio strategy and long-term growth objectives. Working in close partnership with leaders across Research, Development, Commercial, Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Management, and Executive Management, this individual will lead the company's search and evaluation activities across discovery and clinical-stage opportunities. The role is accountable for developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of external opportunities, driving rigorous opportunity assessments, and providing strategic recommendations that inform portfolio and partnering decisions. The successful candidate will combine deep scientific and business acumen with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. This individual will serve as a key connector across the organization, ensuring that external innovation efforts are aligned with corporate strategy, therapeutic area priorities, and emerging opportunities in precision oncology and related fields.
