The Head of New Product Strategy and Commercialization is responsible for the global commercial strategy of Sarepta's pipeline of best-in-class siRNA assets. This role involves co-leading the program Asset Team with an R&D co-lead, shaping and advancing asset strategy in partnership with cross-functional peers. The individual must be able to drive timely, high-quality decisions, align diverse stakeholders across a complex matrix organization, and be accountable for recommendations and outcomes to executive management that impact the asset. In this capacity, the role works across the portfolio and in partnership with the Global Brand Team, Global Development Team, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Clinical Development, and Patient Advocacy. For later-stage assets, this role is accountable for actionable brand strategic and tactical plans to optimize launch readiness and commercial success, including disease awareness communications for multiple stakeholders, such as HCPs and patients/caregivers, to ensure market preparation. This role also partners closely with Business Development to provide commercial assessments of external opportunities and support discussions on potential external partnerships.
