This role is responsible for building and executing a comprehensive full-funnel growth strategy that spans acquisition, lifecycle, and retention marketing, directly aligned with company objectives and long-term business growth. The position involves owning and scaling various marketing programs, including Affiliate, Influencer & Creator Marketing, and Content strategy. A key focus is on Lifecycle Marketing across multiple channels like email, SMS, onboarding, customer journey orchestration, retention, loyalty, and reactivation. The role also requires managing and integrating diverse marketing channels, optimizing a significant budget with a focus on key performance indicators like CAC, LTV, retention, incrementality, and ROI. A strong emphasis is placed on implementing rigorous testing frameworks, analyzing data for growth opportunities, and partnering cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. The Senior Director will also oversee external agencies and vendors, lead and mentor a high-performing team, and deliver regular reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
