About The Position

Within AstraZeneca’s Cell Therapy Enterprise, the Senior Director, Global Marketing will help shape and drive global commercial strategy for the cell therapy portfolio across multiple indications. Reporting to the Global Commercial Head for Cell Therapy, the role translates emerging evidence, patient needs, and market insights into differentiated development and commercialization strategies. The portfolio spans hematology, oncology, autoimmune disease, and rare diseases. The role is available in Gaithersburg, Maryland; Boston, Massachusetts; South San Francisco, California; or Santa Monica, California. Employees are expected to work in the office an average minimum of three days per week, with flexibility to balance in-person collaboration and individual needs. The position also offers a short-term incentive bonus opportunity and, for salaried roles, eligibility to participate in an equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits include a qualified retirement program, paid vacation and holidays, paid leaves, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.
