The Senior Director, Global IT & Infrastructure is responsible for defining and executing the global technology infrastructure strategy that enables Fanatics Collectibles to scale securely, reliably, and efficiently across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. This leader will oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, workplace technology, service management, network engineering, and end-user support while ensuring technology capabilities align with long-term business strategy and operational priorities. This role establishes the technology foundation required to support continued international expansion, acquisitions, and organizational growth. Working closely with executive and business leadership, the Senior Director will shape the long-term IT strategy, modernize infrastructure capabilities, and build a high-performing global organization.
