About The Position

A successful Senior Director, Franchise Finance, is one who can create and execute a strong finance strategy within the Franchise Operations team to drive growth, profitability, capability and performance. The leader will direct financial planning and performance management at the Franchise level, including efficiently providing guidance and insights into volume and financial performance drivers for Franchise Operations teams. The leader will also provide critical Finance leadership support to key Operations initiatives across the System, including alignment and execution with Bottler CFOs and Finance teams. This role partners with Franchise Operations leaders and Operations / Commercial Finance team to support Franchise and/or local customer activities at the Franchise Unit level, driving alignment across multiple stakeholders and developing key insights to inform strategic priorities. The position involves managing franchise (bottlers) and customer relationships, supporting insights and brainstorming on local business issues, preparing for ongoing negotiations, assessing financial implications of new ARTM and value chain optimization, and supporting Bottler Joint Business Planning (JBP) activities. It also focuses on executing business model optimization and system top-line growth, developing and implementing margin optimization strategies, managing investment funding, and stewarding financial and marketplace performance. The role serves as the main point of contact for legal/Tax/Treasury/M&A at the Franchise Legal Entity level, provides financial input into RGM initiatives and new product/service development, and supports working capital and cash management optimization.

Requirements

  • >7 years of leadership experience in Franchise finance, financial planning or commercial finance roles
  • Leadership and management experience, as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels

  • Must be in the market or the office at least three days per week
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strong finance strategy within Franchise Operations team to drive growth, profitability, capability and performance
  • Direct financial planning and performance management at the Franchise level
  • Provide guidance and insights into volume and financial performance drivers for Franchise Operations teams
  • Provide critical Finance leadership support to key Operations initiatives across the System, including alignment and execution with Bottler CFOs and Finance teams

  • Lead Financial Planning and Performance Management at the Franchise level with partnership from Commercial/RGM
