About The Position

As a trusted advisor to commercial and functional leaders, the Senior Director provides actionable financial insights, strategic guidance, and rigorous analytical support to optimize investments, accelerate growth, and maximize long-term value creation. This role requires exceptional leadership, business acumen, communication, and influencing skills to drive performance, enable sound decision-making, and ensure achievement of business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15+ years’ experience, having held positions of increasing scope and responsibility
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience as a senior finance leader and business partner
  • A BS or BA is required
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of management experience is required
  • Knowledge and expertise of Consumer B2B /B2C levers such as promotions, bundles, discounts etc and experience working with larger product portfolios with multiple SKUs and sizes - including GtN and margin management
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced multi-national organizations
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, required
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • An MBA or CPA is strongly preferred
  • Prior Ecommerce experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business partner to the U.S. Alastin, co-own the P&L and foster key internal relationships within the broader US Finance organization
  • Bring deep industry knowledge to help ensure optimal resource allocation in driving Alastin’s growth
  • Use experience to help improve Gross to Net forecasting, processes, and controls for a robust pipeline of new innovation
  • Provide guidance to the Commercial Teams through ad-hoc Finance & Sales analysis including net sales evolution for customer and channel
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Provide ad‑hoc financial analyses and project support to executive leadership, supporting critical business decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance team. Attract, retain, and develop top talent through effective coaching, performance management, and professional development to meet evolving business needs
