About The Position

The Enterprise Transformation Senior Director is responsible for program support and credible challenge of enterprise transformation initiatives, strategic programs, and corresponding change activities across the organization. This role partners with business leaders, program sponsors, transformation/project offices, change management teams, and risk partners to proactively identify, assess, monitor, and provide transparency to large-scale initiatives, including business process, technology, regulatory, and organizational changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, strategic programs, or large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Experience identifying and assessing program and implementation risks across business, technology, process, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide constructive and effective challenge to senior leaders and program teams.
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes and build relationships across highly matrixed organizations.
  • Experience working within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within wealth management, banking, insurance, asset management, or other regulated financial institutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation offices, strategic change programs, or major technology modernization initiatives.
  • Experience presenting risk assessments, recommendations, and reporting to executive leadership and governance committees.
  • Knowledge of regulatory expectations related to operational risk management, governance, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Support Enterprise Transformation Initiatives: Engage program teams early in the initiative lifecycle to proactively identify and analyze impacts, dependencies, and implementation challenges before they materialize.
  • Assess program risks across strategy, design, implementation, change adoption, and post-implementation stabilization phases.
  • Drive Consistent Governance and Reporting: Support and challenge program governance structures to ensure appropriate accountability, escalation, and risk-based decision-making.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, program risk perspective, and insights for senior management, executive sponsors, and governance committee.
  • Escalate material program risks, concerns, and emerging issues in accordance with established governance processes.
  • Ensure Change Management & Organizational Readiness: Provide oversight and challenge of change management strategies to support payback of investment, sustainable implementation and minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Monitor change-related risk indicators and effectiveness metrics throughout implementation and stabilization periods.
  • Support Transformation Framework Execution: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of transformation oversight practices, methodologies, and reporting capabilities.
  • Ensure enterprise transformation initiatives comply with operational risk policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
