About The Position

Due to growth, we are adding a Director, Enterprise Transformation Communications to our team! The Director, Enterprise Transformation Communications is responsible for establishing and leading the enterprise-wide communications strategy, governance framework, operating model, and stakeholder engagement approach that supports the enterprises multi-year transformation agenda. Serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, this role drives organizational alignment across associates, leaders, owners, clients, and the Board of Directors by delivering clear, consistent, and transparent communication of enterprise priorities, strategic initiatives, business outcomes, and long-term objectives. The Director develops executive messaging, Board materials, governance communications, strategic updates, and enterprise narratives that translate complex business, operational, financial, and technology initiatives into compelling and actionable stories that inspire engagement and reinforce accountability. This role owns the transformation communications operating model, including communication governance, intake processes, standards, stakeholder engagement strategies, organizational readiness efforts, and measurement frameworks that support enterprise-wide change initiatives. The Director serves as the central point of coordination for transformation communications, partnering with senior leaders to ensure aligned communication planning and execution across the transformation portfolio. Additionally, the role leads a team responsible for executive content development, organizational messaging, and change communications, ensuring enterprise communications are impactful, consistent, and aligned to organizational goals while driving understanding, adoption, and realization of transformation outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, executive communications, change communications, or related disciplines required.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise transformation, strategic initiatives, organizational change, or business transformation efforts required.
  • 5+ years of experience developing executive-level communications, strategic presentations, leadership messaging, and stakeholder engagement strategies required.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams, owner groups, or governance forums required.
  • Demonstrated success translating complex business strategies into clear and compelling executive narratives.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment through strategic communications.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in PBM, pharmacy services, healthcare, managed care, or other highly regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary communications partner to the Strategic Transformation Officer and executive leadership team for enterprise transformation messaging.
  • Develop and execute the communications strategy supporting Navitus' enterprise transformation agenda, strategic priorities, and long-range planning objectives.
  • Partner with transformation leaders and business to create enterprise communication plans that increase awareness, understanding, adoption, and engagement across key stakeholder groups.
  • Translate complex business, operational, financial, and technology initiatives into clear, compelling, and audience-specific messaging.
  • Develop organizational narratives that communicate transformation progress, outcomes, value realization, and strategic impact.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of transformation communication roadmaps, integrated communication calendars, and milestone-based communication strategies tied to enterprise value delivery and adoption goals.
  • Partner with Transformation Office leaders, value stream owners, and executive sponsors to ensure communication plans align with business objectives and enterprise priorities.
  • Develop enterprise communication guardrails that define what information is communicated, to whom, through which channels, and at what frequency to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment throughout transformation initiatives. Establish communication performance metrics and reporting processes.
  • Monitor enterprise readiness, engagement levels, adoption indicators and communication effectiveness through data, feedback mechanisms, corrective action, and stakeholder insights.
  • Continuously refine intake protocols, approval pathways, communication strategies, channels, messaging, and delivery approaches based on measured outcomes.
  • Establish and govern the enterprise transformation communications operating model and priorities, including communication standards, audience segmentation, calendaring, channel strategies, escalation pathways, and communication decision rights across the Transformation Office, EPMO, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Client Success, and Member Marketing functions. Lead development of Board of Directors presentations, owner meeting materials, executive briefings, strategic updates, speeches, talking points, and leadership communications.
  • Build executive-level content that supports strategic planning discussions, business reviews, transformation governance forums, and enterprise decision-making.
  • Anticipate executive stakeholder communication needs and proactively develop communication strategies that support organizational objectives.
