About The Position

OpenX is seeking a strategic, commercially driven Senior Director, DSP Partnerships & Growth (Americas) to lead its regional DSP partnerships organization and accelerate revenue growth across established and emerging buying platforms. The leader will strengthen OpenX’s position with leading DSPs, expand demand diversification, and translate emerging market opportunities into sustainable commercial growth. The role calls for a commercial builder and strategic operator who can lead a high-performing team, establish executive-level relationships, identify growth opportunities, and turn complex technical capabilities into differentiated business value. Reporting to the Global Head of DSP, this leader will drive commercial growth and execution across OpenX’s US DSP partnerships, translating strategic priorities into measurable revenue outcomes while collaborating closely with DSP Operations, Product, and cross-functional commercial teams. It also advances demand diversification and emerging DSP relationships, develops strategies across CTV, mobile app, display, video, and emerging advertising environments, and helps connect DSP demand with advertiser, agency, and publisher priorities. As a commercial partner to Product, Engineering, and Strategy, the leader identifies market needs and influences product priorities, advances opportunities involving containerized bidding, identity activation, curation, supply-path optimization, and next-generation programmatic infrastructure, and develops strategies to drive adoption and monetization. The position also leads cross-functional execution, establishes KPIs and forecasts, and coaches the DSP Partnerships team while developing scalable practices for account segmentation, joint business planning, opportunity management, and executive engagement.
