Join us as a Senior Director of Demand Generation and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward. This will be a hybrid role working between your home office and our Burlington MA headquarters. Candidates must be local to that location at time of application to be considered. The Senior Director of Demand Generation is responsible for architecting and scaling a global, multi-product demand engine that drives qualified pipeline and revenue across both enterprise and small-business B2B segments. In this senior leadership role, you will design innovative, data-driven strategies that challenge the status quo, embedding scalable frameworks into every initiative. You will own targets for MQL, opportunity creation, and sourced/influenced revenue, while managing a large budget and leading a global team of leaders. This role requires strategic curiosity, creative problem solving, and the ability to influence at the highest levels, serving as a central partner to Sales, Product Marketing, and Executive leadership to achieve aggressive growth targets.
