As our Director of Demand Gen, you own the marketing strategy, execution and results for the STARLIMS portfolio of companies. This is a high-accountability, high-ownership role for a marketer who thrives on building and running the full demand engine across a portfolio of B2B SaaS products. You have full control over pipeline generation, and will set the tone for growth each month, quarter and year. You will report directly to the Global VP of Sales & Marketing and collaborate closely with our Sr. Director of Product Marketing. You will build strategy, deploy budget, and iterate relentlessly to drive qualified lead volume that fuels our sales pipeline. More specifically, you will own paid marketing, organic marketing, SEO, events, and lifecycle marketing—and be expected to build a team and infrastructure capable of delivering consistent, measurable pipeline contribution across STARLIMS, Labstep, and any businesses we acquire in the years ahead. This is not a role for someone who waits for direction. We’re looking for a builder: someone who moves fast, forms hypotheses, tests rapidly, and scales what works.
