As Senior Director of Customer & Digital Analytics, you will be the analytical and data product engine behind our marketing, personalization, and customer strategy across all Edible Brands. This is a broad, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of analytics, MarTech, and customer experience. You will own the tools, data, and insights that power how we understand, reach, and engage our customers — from media mix modeling and campaign measurement to personalization infrastructure and voice of customer programs. Reporting to the VP of Media & Lifecycle Marketing, you will partner closely with the VP of AI & Data Engineering to leverage shared data infrastructure and translate it into decisions that drive revenue, loyalty, and brand growth across all three of our concepts. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable in the data and in the boardroom — a rigorous analyst, a skilled MarTech operator, and a compelling storyteller who can influence at the executive level.
