About The Position

This senior leadership role is responsible for protecting and advancing associate engagement and the company's reputation through clear, credible, and strategically aligned communications. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring equal command of detailed strategy and on-the-ground execution. The successful candidate brings deep experience communicating to and through large, distributed and frontline workforces and is equally at home advising executives, directing a crisis response, or developing communications that reach a manufacturing floor.

  • Track record leading crisis response and protecting organizational reputation in regulated or high-scrutiny environments.
  • Deep experience driving communications through enterprise transformation and significant organizational change.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills; strong executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels.
