About The Position

Cisco is transforming communications across its People, Policy & Purpose (3P) organization from traditional approaches to an integrated, AI-powered orchestration model designed to create clarity, reduce noise, and turn business priorities into action. The Senior Director will lead this transformation, bringing communications, change management, enablement, and activation together into a connected experience for executives, leaders, and employees. The role calls for a strategic leader with deep AI expertise who can challenge traditional operating models, build new capabilities, and lead a modern orchestration organization that delivers greater impact with less complexity. The position will define enterprise orchestration strategy and governance, lead an AI-native operating model, and build a high-performing team. It will use generative AI, agentic workflows, intelligent automation, and personalization to improve content operations and employee experiences. Working with service and program owners and partners across the business, the Senior Director will translate enterprise priorities into clear actions, measure adoption and business outcomes, and demonstrate improvements in employee experience and operational effectiveness.
