Position The Senior Director, Commercial – Isotopes is a senior commercial executive responsible for building, scaling, and leading NorthStar’s isotope business as a durable growth engine. This role owns the commercial strategy, revenue performance, and long-term value creation of the isotope portfolio, spanning diagnostic, therapeutic, and emerging nuclear medicine applications. This leader will operate as a general manager mindset—balancing near-term revenue delivery with long-range strategic positioning, production capacity optimization, pricing discipline, and portfolio prioritization. The role requires strong business judgment, comfort navigating ambiguity, and the ability to make informed trade-offs in a capital- and capacity-constrained environment. Early Development Develop a high-quality, strategically aligned isotope pipeline with clear prioritization and predictable forecasting. Improve pricing discipline and deal quality, not just volume. Achieve strong cross-functional alignment between commercial commitments and operational execution. Create a clear roadmap for isotope growth that leadership can confidently invest behind.
